Planning &
Design
Using 3D scanning and advanced planning software, our experts determine the final 4Cs of each stone and map every proposed facet before any saw touches it. Our ICU team specialises in stressed and risky rough, extracting maximum value from stones.
Sawing
Using precision laser technology, our sawing department divides the planned rough into individual pieces, each cut calibrated to preserve maximum weight while following the exact grain of the stone. Every separation is a calculated decision, not a simple division.
Blocking
Both manual and fully automated blocking is carried out by master craftsmen with exacting precision. Our proprietary dry-air cooling system continuously delivers moisture-free airflow at the wheel, actively dissipating heat and safeguarding every stone through each critical stage.
Final
Polish
The finished diamond in all its forms: classic rounds, fancy shapes, vivid fancy colours, and custom cuts. Every stone leaving our facility is certified, fully graded, and ready for the world's most discerning markets.
